7 day Intention Kit – Well-being
You have likely heard of the power of manifesting / setting intentions / activating the law of attraction. Perhaps you may have even given the practice a try. The kit provides the tools and framework to help you set your intention and manifest via a 7-day ritual. The perfect time to begin is during the week of a new moon.

Day One
Empty the contents of Bottle 1 into the lower portion of the aluminum tin and place onto low heat. No lid is required. You should begin to hear the popping of seeds and see a bit of smoke as it heats up. Heat for 1-2 minutes. Turn off the heat and take 7 deep breaths (4:7), breathing in the smoke. Set your intention.
Wait for the parcel to cool down and dispose of the contents on the same day. Save the tin!
Day Two
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 2.
Focus on Day One's intention, removing resistance, inhaling the positive and exhaling the negative.
Day Three
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 3.
Focus on Day One's intention, exhale the old and inhale your new focus, opening your intention to new possibilities.
Day Four
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 4.
Focus on Day One's intention, concentrating on the success, luck, and abundance of the intention as you inhale. Practice gratitude for the blessings the Universe has given you as you exhale.
Day Five
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 5.
Focus on Day One's intention, reflecting on the love and passion this intention will bring.
Day six
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 6.
Focus on Day One's intention and visualize how this intention will improve and assist your mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. Keep your heart open for inspiration and feel how your positive energy impacts others.
Add contents of the Luna Nur bottle to approximately 3 ounces of milk (warm or cold). Let rest for 5 minutes. Drink entire contents, ensuring nothing is left at the bottom.*
*Contains turmeric and various seeds and other spices. Best avoided if you have a seed allergy.
Day seven
Repeat steps from Day One, now using Bottle 7.
Focus on Day One's intention and visualize how this intention brings you joy. Set the intention to surround yourself with positive energy, places, and people that invigorate and inspire you. Wear your favorite scent, play your favorite song, and smile.
After burning the contents of Bottle 7, take the contents in the Luna Nur tin and gradually add onto the burnt incense from Bottle 7. Visualize light beaming into each room of your home. Place contents back onto the heat for another minute and watch the white resin bubble.
Final step
Congratulations on taking the time this week to focus on you and complete this cleansing ritual!
Write the intention you set on Day One and how you felt during the process on a piece of paper. Place the paper in the red bag provided and add a small silver/shiny offering that is yours to give (e.g., a coin, jewelry, etc.). Place this bag somewhere in your home that is generally left untouched. This gift is to help ensure that your intention is realized.
